Slade is known for his mastery and extraordinary results in body fat reduction, weight loss management, body sculpting and toning, functional strength building, and sports performance training.

Slade Douglas has both the uncanny natural ability and the extensive experience to easily sculpt any individual into their exact desired body shape and performance level. Throughout his whole life, Slade has been extremely active in athletics and weight training. Mainly, Slade has been deeply involved with football, from adolescence to playing the running back/return-specialist position at Florida State University on the #1 ranked football team in the nation at the time and also playing in the National Championship Bowl game. Slade has also been featured in multiple media publications including ESPN the Magazine. Furthermore, Slade was an elite sprinter at Florida State. Also, he has had much success in the boxing realm as a golden gloves boxer with the extensive knowledge of the rigorous sport.

In addition to all his experience and achievements in the athletic realm, Slade has a degree and several certifications.

He has also served in the US military and attained experience in the rigorous training and discipline requirements of the military. Slade is also a martial artist holding two black belts in kung-fu and aikido with a specific focus in kung-fu.

With his passion for athletics and experience in training, Slade mixes his natural and acquired talents to provide the best personal training available.

Slade is also actively involved in many non-profit groups, mainly focusing on helping young kids stay fit and healthy through nutrition and sports.
